Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., SHRM, SPHRI, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Experience in performance management and HR analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organisation’s performance management cycle, including objective setting, mid-year reviews and annual performance appraisals.
• Support managers and employees in developing clear, measurable objectives and KPIs aligned with departmental and organisational goals.
• Monitor completion of performance reviews and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate performance records, systems and employee data with confidentiality.
• Prepare performance dashboards, reports and analyses for management highlighting trends and gaps.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on performance management policies, procedures and system use.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials on outcomes and initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
