Job summary

NAFFCO Group is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Performance and KPI Manager to develop and manage the Group’s performance measurement framework. The role will work with business units and support functions to define meaningful KPIs, set targets, monitor results and provide clear insights to management.

The successful candidate will help translate business objectives into measurable plans, improve accountability and support timely action when performance falls below target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• Certification in performance management or business analytics is an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience managing KPIs or business performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Group-wide KPI framework and governance.
• Consolidate and analyze performance data from units and support functions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards and management reports.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings to senior management and define action plans.
