Job summary

NAFFCO Group is seeking a Performance and KPI Manager to develop and manage the Group’s KPI framework, align KPIs with strategic objectives, and provide clear insights to management. The role focuses on governance, monitoring, and data accuracy across locations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in KPI reporting, data analysis, and driving improvements in productivity and service quality. This position is based in Dubai and requires strong collaboration with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• Professional certification in performance management, business analytics or a related discipline is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including experience managing KPIs or business performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Group-wide framework for KPIs, scorecards and performance reporting.
• Consolidate and analyse performance data from business units and support functions; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate periodic performance review meetings and drive corrective actions with owners and deadlines.
• Define data collection, validation processes and improve KPI reporting tools and automation.
