Salt, a Dubai-based performance marketing agency, is seeking a senior designer to own the ad-to-conversion journey and craft the creative across display, video and copy for international brands. You’ll sometimes build in Figma and, at other times, guide clients on optimization from data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include redesigning landing pages, producing high-volume banner and social creative, and managing video projects with budgets and suppliers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in direct-response design across paid social, display and landing pages.
• Experience designing and testing acquisition journeys with measurable conversion improvements.
• Proven ability to deliver volume banner/social creative and video assets.

Responsabilidades

• Audit the full click-to-conversion path and redesign landing pages, forms, and checkouts in Figma with build-ready specs.
• Produce display, video and ad copy assets for multiple platforms with scalable system-friendly formats.
• Manage video projects end-to-end: budgets, suppliers, deadlines; build a trusted freelance bench.
• Write compelling headlines, hooks, and CTAs tailored for testing and regulated sectors.
• Run creative tests, report CPA-impact, retire underperforming assets, and leverage AI in client work.
