ScalingCraft Solutions is a remote-first performance marketing agency seeking a Senior Creative Designer to own ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns from brief to final files. You will deliver static, carousel, stories, reels, shopping creatives and short videos, including AI-generated and UGC-style content, ready to run.

The role is AI-first, with planning using AI tools and finishing in Adobe or Canva to stay on brand.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on graphic or creative design experience including 2 years making ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Responsabilidades

• Own ad creative production from brief to delivery: understand the offer, the audience, and the platform; research competitor ads and hooks; decide concepts, formats, and sizes.
• Design Meta Ads creatives in all formats (static, carousel, stories, reels, shopping) and Google Ads image assets for Performance Max, Display, and YouTube; create LinkedIn or TikTok variants where applicable.
• Produce short video ads for Reels, Stories, YouTube and Shorts: AI-generated and UGC-style videos with AI avatars and voiceover; ensure strong hooks in the first three seconds.
• Generate with AI tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Claude Design/Code) and finish in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Produce several variations of each concept for testing; refresh creatives based on performance data from the ads team.
• Check every creative for sizes, safe zones, spelling, offer details, brand and ad policy; send daily progress reports; keep files organized; support internal website/UI/UX work as needed.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to own the ad creatives for our clients Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from the brief to the final files in the ad account: static carousel story and shopping creatives plus short video ads including AI-generated and UGC-style videos for our e-commerce and lead-generation clients. The work is AI-first: research plan and generate with AI then finish in Adobe or Canva so every creative is on brand and ready to run. We want a designer who knows what each campaign needs before being told takes full accountability and reports daily in a focused part-time week.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own ad creative production from brief to delivery: understand the offer the audience and the platform research competitor ads and hooks with Perplexity and Claude and decide which concepts formats and sizes the campaign needs.
• Design Meta Ads creatives in every format (static carousel Stories and Reels shopping) and Google Ads image assets for Performance Max Demand Gen Display and YouTube in every ratio plus LinkedIn or TikTok creatives when a client runs them.
• Produce short video ads for Reels Stories YouTube and Shorts: AI-generated and UGC-style videos with AI avatars and voiceover product videos and motion graphics each with a strong hook in the first three seconds.
• Generate with AI tools such as Higgsfield (video and image including Kling and Veo) Nano Banana Claude Design and Claude Code then finish in Adobe Premiere After Effects Photoshop Illustrator or Canva.
• Produce several variations of each concept for testing refresh client creatives before results drop and use performance data from the ads team to improve the next round.
• Check every creative before it goes out (sizes safe zones spelling offer details brand and ad policy) send a daily progress report keep files organised and support internal website and UI/UX work when needed.

Must-Have Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on graphic or creative design experience including at least 2 years making ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• A portfolio of ads that actually ran on Meta or Google (static carousel story and video) with results for at least one. Portfolios without paid ad creatives will not be considered.
• Proven experience creating AI-generated and UGC-style video ads and editing short-form video with daily use of AI image and video tools and the judgement to tell ship-ready from draft.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and Premiere or After Effects) and Canva.
• Clear understanding of Meta and Google ad requirements: placements and sizes safe zones hooks text on image and ad policy limits and what the platforms own AI creative tools already generate.
• A strong eye for detail good written English for on-image copy and scripts and a habit of checking your own work before it goes out.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership report daily stay proactive and work independently with minimal supervision part-time on a contract basis using a personal device (BYOD) with your hours inside the UK or US window listed above.

Nice-to-Have

• AI avatar and voice tools such as HeyGen Arcads or ElevenLabs.
• UI/UX experience designing websites or landing pages in Figma or a similar tool.
• Agency experience handling several client brands at once especially US UK or UAE healthcare dental or local service businesses.
• Motion graphics in After Effects beyond basic animation.
• A working understanding of ad metrics such as CTR hook rate thumb-stop rate and cost per lead.
