Client of Salt is seeking a versatile creative leader to own the journey from ad click to conversion, and to shape the creative across display, video and ad copy. You’ll sometimes build in Figma and explain decisions to clients, with a Dubai time overlap.

You’ll audit acquisition paths, redesign landing pages and forms, produce assets for Google, Meta and TikTok, manage video projects and budgets, write CTAs, run tests and use AI to improve CPA while remaining compliant in regulated sectors.

Formación

• 5+ years in direct-response design (paid social, display, landing pages).
• Experience redesigning acquisition flows with measurable conversions.
• Experience managing video projects and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Audit click-to-conversion path; redesign landing pages and forms in Figma with specs.
• Create static/animated HTML5 assets for Google/Meta/TikTok with reusable systems.
• Manage video projects: briefs, budgets, timelines, and freelancers.
• Write ad headlines, hooks and CTAs across search/social/display for testing.
• Run tests and AI-assisted improvements; report CPA impact and learnings.
