Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an HR Operations professional in Dubai to coordinate daily HR requests and handle incidents, warnings, and terminations in line with policy.

You will conduct audits of employee documents, process residence visa applications, renewals and cancellations, and support Emiratization tracking while delivering timely reports in Excel and coordinating with frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Familiar with HR policies, laws & regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Arabic ability preferred.
• Comfortable with operational and executional nature of the job.
• People-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team on ad-hoc HR requests and daily operations
• Handle incidents, warnings, and terminations in line with company policy
• Conduct regular audits of employee documents and ensure all records are accurate
• Process employee residence visa applications, renewals, cancellations
• Manage employee medical and health insurance enrolment, renewals, additions, removals.
• Prepare reporting using Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and presentations
• Support Emiratization-related tracking and reporting
• Manage admin-heavy tasks across HR operations while meeting deadlines
• Coordinate with frontline teams on day-to-day HR matters
