Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai seeks an HR Operations Assistant to coordinate daily HR requests, process visa applications, and manage insurance enrolments. You will audit employee documents, prepare Excel-based reports, and support Emiratization tracking.

• Familiar with HR policies, laws & regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Comfortable with the operational and executional nature of the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team on ad-hoc HR requests and daily operations.
• Handle incidents, warnings, and terminations in line with company policy.
• Conduct regular audits of employee documents and ensure all records are accurate.
• Process employee residence visa applications, renewals, cancellations.
• Manage employee medical and health insurance enrolment, renewals, additions, removals.
• Prepare reporting using Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and presentations.
• Support Emiratization-related tracking and reporting.
• Manage admin-heavy tasks across HR operations while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with frontline teams on day-to-day HR matters.
