Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a dedicated Immigration & Administrative professional to manage visa lifecycles, residency documents, and compliance across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. You will liaise with government portals, support onboarding/offboarding, and ensure strict data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Immigration/Admin capacity focused on KSA and UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency with government portals (KSA Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI; UAE MOHRE, ICP).
• Strong English and Arabic written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Immigration & Visa lifecycle in KSA and UAE.
• Oversee Residency IDs, Labor Cards, and visa renewals.
• Handle Chamber of Commerce docs, licenses, and attestations.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and record management.
