Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi seeks a People and Development Manager to shape how our teams learn, grow and live the brand from within. You’ll partner with People & Culture and hotel leaders to design onboarding, brand immersion and leadership development that feels practical and human.

This hands-on role focuses on creating relevant learning experiences, maintaining compliance, and driving internal growth while aligning with our luxury standards and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Development, Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
• A confident and engaging facilitation style with the ability to connect with people at every level.
• Experience creating and delivering onboarding, learning and development programmes.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Creative thinking, curiosity and the confidence to try new approaches.
• Strong organisation and the ability to turn ideas into action.
• A collaborative, people-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow.
• Most importantly, you know how to make learning feel human, relevant and worth showing up for.

Responsabilités

• Own and shape the hotel’s learning and development plan to connect people priorities with business needs.
• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences across service, behavioural and leadership development.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify development needs and convert them into practical solutions.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with learning activities.
