Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels, part of Accor, seeks a People & Culture Officer to support Heartist relations, onboarding, payroll data, visas, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. You will partner with the P&C Director to foster a positive, inclusive workplace and uphold Accor values across the UAE hospitality team.

You will manage HR records, assist in recruitment, and coordinate training and recognition events, helping Heartists thrive and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in UAE hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic beneficial.
• Proficient in HRIS (Oasys) and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for Heartist inquiries with policy guidance.
• Support P&C Director in grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in Heartist engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and recognition events.
• Maintain confidential Heartist records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll data and visa applications; liaise with PRO.
