Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a People & Culture Officer for Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels in Abu Dhabi. You1e responsible for HR operations, employee relations, and supporting hospitality Heartists under UAE Labour Law.

You will assist with payroll data, onboarding, visa processing, and recruitment, ensuring a positive, compliant work environment. The role requires 2–3 years in HR, a UAE hospitality background preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 23 years HR experience, hospitality in UAE preferred.
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, discreet, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Heartist inquiries regarding P&C policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support the P&C Director in grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in organizing Heartist engagement initiatives, welfare programs, team-building, and recognition events.
• Maintain confidential Heartist records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment process from job postings to offers; schedule interviews and onboarding.
• Process visa applications and liaise with the PRO; ensure UAE immigration compliance.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and UAE Labour Law; assist audits.
