Accor is seeking a People & Culture Officer for Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels in Abu Dhabi. You will drive HR operations, support Heartist relations, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law while delivering exceptional guest and team experiences.

The role covers onboarding, payroll data support, visa administration, recruitment assistance, and policy adherence in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, hospitality preferred in UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support across the full spectrum and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Onboard, transfer, promote and offboard Heartists with accuracy.
• Assist with payroll data and visa processes in collaboration with Finance and PRO.
• Support recruitment, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
