About the Role
The People and Culture Executive will work closely with the Cluster People and Culture Manager, Talent team, HQ functions, and school-based colleagues to support effective people operations across the assigned school and cluster. The position requires accurate administration, strong data management, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate multiple People and Culture processes while maintaining a positive and professional employee experience.
People and Culture Operations
- Support monthly payroll cycles by validating attendance reports.
- Process new joiners, terminations, salary revisions, and employee updates in line with payroll timelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle and ensure data integrity for reporting and audit requirements.
- Liaise with HQ Payroll to verify end-of-service and employee deduction calculations.
- Coordinate employee letters and documentation in accordance with approval processes.
- Support employee clearance and exit processes, including exit interviews and required documentation.
- Track probation and annual performance evaluation forms and follow up to ensure timely completion by line managers.
- Support the verification and administration of employee benefits, including accommodation, education allowance, and related entitlements.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening, initial candidate calls, offer processing, and reference checks.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure required employee documents are collected, verified, and stored in Oracle and EDMS.
- Coordinate with GRE and HQ teams on MOHRE and ICP applications, token submissions, and visa processes.
- Support the organization and delivery of induction sessions for new employees.
- Contribute to a positive and well-coordinated onboarding experience.
- Provide recruitment support where required by the cluster or Talent team.
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Support the Cluster People and Culture Manager with employee relations cases.
- Assist with investigations and disciplinary matters in accordance with policy and UAE Labour Law.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Ensure employee relations documentation is complete, accurate, and appropriately maintained.
- Follow established People and Culture policies and compliance requirements.
Reporting and Data Management
- Prepare regular People and Culture reports covering onboarding, offboarding, CTC dashboards, employee relations, and quality assurance checks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across People and Culture systems.
- Support compliance with audit standards and documentation requirements.
- Respond to cluster-level and HQ data requests as required.
- Check data quality and support correction of identified discrepancies.
- Maintain reliable employee information for operational and reporting purposes.
Continuous Improvement and Collaboration
- Work closely with Cluster People and Culture Managers, Talent Officers, and HQ functions to deliver consistent people services.
- Identify opportunities to improve People and Culture processes.
- Contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Promote Aldar Education 's values through professional and people-focused interactions.
- Support a positive employee experience across assigned schools.
- Work collaboratively within a matrixed operating environment.
- Travel within the assigned cluster when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People and Culture.
- Experience within education or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law is desirable.
- Familiarity with payroll processes is desirable.l
- Experience with People and Culture systems such as Oracle Fusion is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
