Job summary

Aldar Education invites a People and Culture Executive - Maternity Cover to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. You will provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, act as first point of contact for school staff, and help ensure consistent delivery of HR processes and payroll coordination.

You will work closely with Cluster People and Culture Managers, Talent teams, and HQ, handling onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, benefits processing, recruitment activities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in People and Culture.
• Experience within education or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and payroll processes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll cycles by validating attendance reports and processing payroll changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle and ensure data integrity for reporting and audits.
• Coordinate with HQ Payroll to verify end-of-service calculations and deductions.
• Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening, offers, and reference checks.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure required documents are stored correctly.
• Coordinate MOHRE and ICP visa applications and induction sessions for new hires.
• Provide HR support for employee relations, investigations, and policy adherence.
