Behaviour Management and Student Welfare

Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student achievement and well-being, using established school systems and processes such as CPOMS where appropriate. Qualifications and Experience

• - Bachelor 's degree in Education specializing in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies and-or a post-teaching qualification.
• - Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role.
• - Secure knowledge of relevant curriculum requirements.
• - Knowledge of teaching the English National Curriculum and GCSE.
• - Experience teaching students for whom English is not their first language would be advantageous.
• - Proven ability to implement effective strategies that raise standards and address gaps in learning.
• - Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a school team.
• - Leadership skills or experience demonstrated at appropriate levels.
