The position provides generalist People and Culture support throughout the employee lifecycle, serving as a first point of contact for school-based colleagues. Responsibilities span payroll coordination, employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, benefits processing, employee records and People and Culture reporting.

People and Culture Operations
- Support monthly payroll cycles by reviewing and validating attendance reports.
- Process new joiners, terminations, salary revisions and employee information updates within established payroll timelines.
- Maintain accurate employee information in Oracle and protect data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with HQ Payroll to verify end-of-service and employee deduction calculations.
- Prepare and coordinate employee letters and other documentation in accordance with established approval processes.
- Support employee clearance and exit procedures, including exit interviews and required documentation.
- Track probation and annual performance evaluation forms and follow up with line managers to support timely completion.
- Assist with the verification and administration of employee benefits, including accommodation, education allowance and other applicable entitlements.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities through CV screening, initial candidate calls, offer processing and reference checks.
- Organise and participate in recruitment events.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and verify that required new-joiner documentation is collected and properly maintained.
- Save and maintain employee documentation within Oracle and EDMS.
- Coordinate with Government Relations Executives and HQ teams regarding MOHRE and ICP applications, token submissions and visa processes.
- Support the organization and delivery of induction sessions.
- Help provide new employees with an organized and positive onboarding experience.
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Support the Cluster People and Culture Manager with employee relations cases.
- Assist with investigations and disciplinary matters in accordance with organisational policy and UAE labour law.
- Maintain accurate documentation relating to employee relations matters.
- Handle employee information and case records with appropriate confidentiality and professional discretion.
Reporting and Data Management
- Prepare regular People and Culture reports covering onboarding, offboarding, CTC dashboards, employee relations and quality assurance checks.
- Maintain complete and confidential employee records across relevant People and Culture systems.
- Support compliance with applicable recordkeeping and audit standards.
- Respond to cluster-level and HQ data requirements as requested.
- Monitor data accuracy and support reliable People and Culture reporting.
Process Improvement and Collaboration
- Work closely with Cluster People and Culture Managers, Talent Officers and HQ functions to provide consistent people services across the assigned cluster.
- Identify opportunities to improve People and Culture processes.
- Contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Promote Aldar Education 's values through professional and people-focused interactions.
- Work effectively across different teams and functions within a matrixed environment.
- Travel within the assigned school cluster when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor 's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People and Culture.
- Experience within education or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE labour law and payroll processes is desirable.
- Familiarity with People and Culture systems such as Oracle Fusion is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills
- Competence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-focused approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.
- Fluency in English.
- Arabic language capability is highly advantageous.
