Job summary
Indigrators is seeking a hands-on Pega Business Analyst / Pega CDH Business Analyst to support customer engagement and decisioning initiatives in a leading banking organization. The ideal candidate has strong BA fundamentals and deep Pega/PRPC experience, with CDH experience highly preferred or a readiness to develop it quickly.
This is an individual contributor role requiring independent work with business stakeholders, translating needs into functional and technical requirements and bridging
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in Pega/PRPC environments.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze and document business requirements.
- Ability to translate requirements into functional/technical specs and user stories.
Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives, requirements and challenges with stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, document and validate business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional/technical specs, user stories and process flows.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, product owners and Pega teams.
- Perform BA activities: workshops, documentation, backlog refinement and stakeholder discussions.
- Support Pega/CDH solution discussions and implementations.
- Advise on customer experience, engagement strategies and business value.
- Participate in solution reviews, testing, UAT and validation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct implementation.
- Contribute to engagement, decisioning, personalization, campaigns and NBA initiatives.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Hands-on individual contributor role.
