Job summary

Virtusa Corporation in Dubai seeks a senior Pega specialist with deep expertise in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and decisioning strategies. You will lead complex CDH/Decisioning implementations, design Next-Best-Action solutions, and drive real-time and batch decisioning across banking and financial services platforms.

The role requires 8–10 years of Pega experience, CSSA or similar certifications preferred, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable decisioning
