Indigrators is seeking a hands-on Pega Business Analyst / Pega CDH Business Analyst to support customer engagement and decisioning initiatives in a leading banking organization. The ideal candidate has strong BA fundamentals and deep Pega/PRPC experience, with CDH experience highly preferred or a readiness to develop it quickly.

• Participate in solution reviews, testing, UAT and validation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct implementation.
• Contribute to engagement, decisioning, personalization, campaigns and NBA initiatives.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on individual contributor role.

We are seeking a hands-on Pega Business Analyst / Pega CDH Business Analyst to support customer engagement and decisioning initiatives for a leading banking organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong Business Analysis fundamentals along with good experience in Pega / PRPC. Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) is highly preferred; however, candidates with a strong Pega foundation and the ability and willingness to quickly develop their CDH expertise can also be considered.

This is primarily an individual contributor role, requiring the candidate to work independently with business stakeholders, understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly and independently with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and Pega technical teams.
• Perform hands-on BA activities, including requirement workshops, documentation, backlog refinement, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support Pega / Pega CDH-related solution discussions and implementation activities.
• Advise business stakeholders and provide recommendations around customer experience, customer communications, engagement strategies, and business value.
• Participate in solution reviews, testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Contribute to customer engagement, decisioning, personalization, campaign, and Next Best Action initiatives, where applicable.
• Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Must-Have Skills

• 5-10 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within Pega/PRPC environments.
• Strong understanding of business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to independently interact with and manage business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Strong experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, BRDs/FRDs, or equivalent BA documentation.
• Good understanding of the interaction between business and Pega technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to work as a hands-on individual contributor, rather than primarily in a managerial/project management capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on knowledge or project exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Understanding of Next Best Action (NBA), customer decisioning, customer engagement, personalization, and campaign management.
• Experience with Pega Customer Engagement / Marketing solutions.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Pega certifications such as Pega Business Architect or relevant Pega/CDH credentials.
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to further develop CDH expertise through Pega Academy.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
