Job summary

GSS Tech Group is hiring a Pega CDH Quality Analyst for a leading UAE bank. You will own the quality, accuracy and consistency of Next Best Action decisions delivered through Pega CDH, analysing decision strategies and investigating data with SQL to close gaps between business intent and live outcomes.

This role focuses on Pega CDH, not general Pega BPM or manual testing. You will collaborate with business, data and CDH teams and support governance and testing across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with hands-on Pega CDH work in live implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of engagement policies, arbitration and prioritisation.
• Solid understanding of eligibility and suitability logic.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and anomaly analysis.
• Experience testing or validating decision strategies in UAT or production.
• Experience with Interaction History and data flows in a CDH environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Pega CDH decision strategies for eligibility, applicability and suitability rules.
• Review strategy logic against business requirements to ensure desired outcomes.
• Assess how propensity and context weighting affect action ranking and flag issues.
• Monitor NBA outcomes and report trends to stakeholders.
• Define quality metrics for decisioning accuracy and coverage.
• Build reusable test scenarios and regression packs for CDH changes.
• Support governance by validating changes before release.
