Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer in the United Arab Emirates to manage day-to-day payroll activities and maintain accurate salary records. You will coordinate with HR, Finance, banks, and external service providers to ensure timely processing and compliance.

The role involves preparing salary calculations, handling deductions and allowances, and generating payroll reports while ensuring data confidentiality and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures and salary calculations.
• Knowledge of UAE payroll practices is preferred.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll process accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and verify employee salary calculations, allowances, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other payments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
• Review attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
• Process new employee payroll setup and employee departures.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries, and reconciliation reports.
• Maintain compliance with applicable UAE employment and payroll requirements.
