Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Payroll Specialist in the UAE to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with UAE and GCC regulations. You will manage payroll data, deductions, and salary disbursements, collaborating with HR and Finance to address queries and improve processes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong payroll systems knowledge, and familiarity with labor laws. Experience with SAP and WPS is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related area.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll compliance.
• Experience with SAP and HR/payroll systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely disbursement of salaries in compliance with UAE/GCC rules.
• Execute monthly payroll, handling advances, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and bank updates.
• Verify salary changes in SAP and ensure timely updates.
• Ensure WPS compliance and prepare government submissions.
• Reconcile payroll, provide summaries for management, and audit reports.
