Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage payroll entries and overtime calculations, while assisting in the preparation of payment memos, reports and JVs/GLs. The role also covers staff Murabaha, housing advances, deductions, and international payments.

The successful candidate will support the Payroll Manager, handle reports, and contribute to accurate payroll processing and related financial activities in a dynamic bank environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (Accounting knowledge advantageous).
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer systems/ERP knowledge and MS Office.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enter payroll transactions.
• Calculate and enter overtime transactions.
• Prepare payment memos/invoices (ADIB Group).
• Prepare/update staff Murabaha and Covered cards reports and processing.
• Prepare advance leave salary and reports.
• Assist in preparing JVs/GLs reports/entries.
• Assist Payroll Manager/Supervisor in other tasks.
• Prepare Housing & General Advances.
• RCSA.
• Prepare various deductions.
• Prepare international payments & staff finance.
