Job summary

ALSERH ALKABEER CONST .LLC is seeking a payroll professional to manage monthly UAE payroll, ensuring accuracy and deadlines. You will calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and commissions while maintaining employee salary files.

Key requirements include 2-5 years of UAE payroll experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, EOS benefits, and leave calculations, plus experience with payroll software and ERP systems. This role reports to HR and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
• Calculate salaries overtime allowances deductions bonuses and commissions
• Prepare and process end-of-service EOS benefits as per UAE Labour Law
• Maintain payroll records and employee salary files
• Coordinate with HR regarding employee data salary revisions promotions and resignations
• Prepare payroll journals and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts
• Generate payroll reports for management finance and auditors
