Job summary

NAFFCO Careers in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Payroll Settlements specialist to manage vacation and end-of-service settlements in line with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

This role involves verifying payroll data, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure timely settlement processing and reporting. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as required.
• Payroll certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employee vacation settlements, including leave salary, accrued leave, and other benefits.
• Process employee end-of-service settlements, including gratuity, leave encashment, pending salary, and final dues per UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Enter and maintain employee deductions in the payroll system, including salary advances, loans, unpaid leave, absences, and other approved deductions.
• Verify employee records, payroll data, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy before processing settlements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlement processing.
• Ensure all settlement calculations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate payroll and settlement records while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
• Prepare settlement reports, reconcile payroll-related transactions, and support monthly payroll and final settlement activities.
• Ensure timely processing of employee settlements to provide a smooth separation experience.
