Job summary

ALBA CORP is seeking an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing and employee record management. You will ensure HR accuracy and compliance across the organization in the UAE.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and proficient in HR processes, especially payroll administration. You will handle confidential information, maintain HR systems, and assist employees and leadership with efficiency and care.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in UAE HR or payroll roles.
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process monthly payroll including overtime deductions and allowances.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes with timely documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
