Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a staff accounts administrator to manage account inquiries, open/close staff accounts and maintain payroll records.

The role requires knowledge of UAE banking practices, KYC policies, and adherence to internal controls, with responsibilities for JVs, GL reports and training coordination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and credit policies.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices and Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Understanding of KYC policies and service standards.
• Training, sales and management information skills.
• Computer skills.

• Handle staff account inquiries and open or close staff accounts
• Maintain finance account documentation and customer files
• Enter payroll and overtime transactions
• Prepare payment memos, invoices and advance salary reports
• Assist with JVs, GL reports and internal audit responses
• Coordinate and manage subordinates' training and appraisal
• Comply with ADIB policies, procedures and key operational controls
