Job summary

Allied is seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage reconciliations, banking setups, and vendor processes from a remote-friendly environment. The role emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across financial systems.

You will work with Excel, Power BI, and Great Plains to support cash management, reporting, and internal controls while enabling efficient banking operations for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Treasury Analyst experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Experience with financial management systems like Great Plains.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly reconciliations of client accounts in Great Plains.
• Process new business banking setup and changes (BPO and ASO).
• Manage vendor maintenance for print fulfillment.
• Support VCC/EFT implementation and support.
• Complete check tracer processes and Positive Pay submissions.
• Create and implement new processes; lead training.
