Job summary

Uniqpay Technologies in Dubai seeks an experienced Product Owner to own the roadmap for acquiring payouts FX and risk balancing across regulated markets. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into product features and manage the backlog with a focus on reliability and speed.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define acceptance criteria, and oversee integrations with PSPs, acquirers, and merchants.

Qualifications

• Experience 4–6 years in product ownership or product management for payments/fintech.
• Regulatory fluency: licensing, KYC/KYB, AML, data residency, schema rules across jurisdictions.
• Hands-on agile backlog ownership: writing stories and running ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for acquiring payouts, FX, risk balancing, and regulatory obligations.
• Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria covering edge cases, declines, retries, and partial settlements.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, and reviews; act as the single decision maker on scope and acceptance.
• Own integrations: API specs, timelines, and channel configuration with PSPs, acquirers, and merchants.
• Measure and steer priorities using metrics like approval rates, latency, and onboarding time.
