Job summary

NCR in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to lead payment solution implementations, coordinating NCR and customer resources to ensure on-time delivery, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, scopes, and risks, produce weekly status reports, and serve as the primary NCR contact for customers. Proficiency with MS Project, PSA, Excel and Word is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold Emirati nationality
• Banking application experience a must
• 0-2 years of project management experience
• Experience working in challenging solution implementations
• Experience managing complex technology projects
• Banking operations experience, specifically in payment processing, is a plus
• Innovative and resourceful; develops new approaches when standard methods don’t apply
• Adaptable to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change

Responsibilities

• Manage payment solution project implementations, ensuring delivery and acceptance of high-quality solutions
• Coordinate NCR and customer resources, conduct project reviews and manage day-to-day activities
• Serve as NCR's single point of contact with the customer
• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget and meet quality expectations
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules; lead scoping, planning, costing and pricing
• Develop statements of work and perform risk assessments
• Manage customer acceptance and resolve issues and action items
• Maintain roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan and resource schedule for each project member
• Track progress with project reports including financials and compliance; issue weekly status reports
