• Prepare weekly status reports for stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate resource plans, roles, and responsibilities for project members.
• Monitor progress with reports and forecasts, including financials and procurement.

Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

• The NCR Project Manager is responsible for management of Payment Solution project implementations ensuring delivery and acceptance of high-quality solutions.
• The Project Manager will work with NCR and customer resources to perform project reviews, accomplish the tasks defined in the project plan, manage day-to-day project activities, and serve as NCR's single point of contact with the customer.
• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within customer expectations of quality and functionality.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule and play a lead role in scoping, planning, costing, and pricing projects; responsible for statement of work development and risk assessment.
• Manage customer acceptance of the solution, ensuring customer expectations stay in line with the agreed statement of work; taking the lead in working through all issues and action items.
• Coordinate the establishment of a project environment that includes preparing and maintaining a roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan and resource schedule for each project member.
• Measure, track, evaluate and communicate progress against the Project schedule using project reports including project financials and project reporting compliance.
• Author a weekly status report that is distributed and reviewed each week with the end user (Customer) in status meetings.
• Tool usage will include but is not limited to MS Project, PSA, Excel and MS Word and will be executed using standard NCR formats and templates.
• Ensure execution and accuracy of monthly forecasts, billings along with the managing procurement and payment of contractors.

Basic Qualifications
