Job summary

The role requires a deep understanding of banking payments ecosystems, including SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, and cross-border channels, plus experience with Core Banking transformations and multi-stakeholder governance.

Qualifications

• 11 years of experience in project management, focused on banking and payments.
• Experience delivering payment projects within GCC region.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (domestic and cross-border, clearing, settlement, SWIFT, RTGS, ACH).
• Exposure to Core Banking implementations, upgrades, migrations or transformations.
• Experience collaborating with banking stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payment delivery projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Drive planning, execution, risk management, governance and timely delivery within budgets.
• Mentor project teams and coordinate cross-functional groups.
• Oversee payment transformation initiatives, system implementations and integrations.
• Align projects with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
