Job summary

Dautom in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an accomplished Project Manager for end-to-end payment delivery initiatives. You will coordinate across business, operations, technology, vendors, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires a deep understanding of banking payments ecosystems, including SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, and cross-border channels, plus experience with Core Banking transformations and multi-stakeholder governance.

Qualifications

• 11 years of experience in project management, focused on banking and payments.
• Experience delivering payment projects within GCC region.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (domestic and cross-border, clearing, settlement, SWIFT, RTGS, ACH).
• Exposure to Core Banking implementations, upgrades, migrations or transformations.
• Experience collaborating with banking stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payment delivery projects with multiple stakeholders.

Job description

• Lead and manage end-to-end payment delivery projects across multiple stakeholders, including business, operations, technology, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, governance, and successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Manage and mentor project teams while ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional groups.
• Oversee payment transformation initiatives, system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.

Required Experience

• 11 years of experience in project management, with significant exposure to banking and payments projects.
• Proven experience managing and delivering payment-related projects within the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including domestic and cross-border payments, clearing, settlement, SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, and related payment channels.
• Good exposure to Core Banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs.
• Experience working with banking stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors

• Good understanding of banking, payments, and financial services domains.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, project tracking, and governance.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive and steering committee presentations.

• Experience in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
