Job summary

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access and delivering payment solutions worldwide. The Project Manager will manage payments solution implementations, coordinating NCR and customer resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.

The role requires solid planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder management, with emphasis on budgeting, scheduling, and customer acceptance. UAE-national candidates only; hybrid work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Must hold Emirati nationality.
• Banking application experience a must.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of project management experience.
• Experience at working effectively in challenging solution implementation environments.
• Experience managing complex, technology projects.
• Banking operations experience - specifically in payment processing is a plus.
• Innovative and resourceful; able to develop new approaches when standard ones don’t apply.
• Adaptable—able to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within customer expectations of quality and functionality.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule and lead scoping, planning, costing, and pricing projects; responsible for SOE development and risks.
• Manage customer acceptance of the solution, ensuring alignment with the SOE; lead in addressing issues and action items.
• Coordinate establishment of a project environment including roles/responsibility matrix and resource schedule for each member.
• Measure, track, evaluate and report progress against the project schedule, including financials and compliance.
• Author weekly status reports distributed in status meetings with the customer.
• Utilize tools such as MS Project, PSA, Excel, and MS Word in NCR formats and templates.
• Ensure monthly forecasts and billings are accurate and manage procurement and payments to contractors.

Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

The NCR Project Manager is responsible for management of Payment Solution project implementations ensuring delivery and acceptance of high-quality solutions. The Project Manager will work with NCR and customer resources to perform project reviews, accomplish the tasks defined in the project plan, manage day-to-day project activities, and serve as NCR's single point of contact with the customer.

• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within customer expectations of quality and functionality
• Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule and play a lead role in scoping, planning, costing, and pricing projects; responsible for statement of work development and risk assessment
• Manage customer acceptance of the solution, ensuring customer expectations stay in line with the agreed statement of work; taking the lead in working through all issues and action items
• Coordinate the establishment of a project environment that includes preparing and maintaining a roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan and resource schedule for each project member.
• Measure, track, evaluate and communicate progress against the Project schedule using project reports including project financials and project reporting compliance.
• Author a weekly status report that is distributed and reviewed each week with the end user (Customer) in status meetings.
• Tool usage will include but is not limited to MS Project, PSA, Excel and MS Word and will be executed using standard NCR formats and templates
• Ensure execution and accuracy of monthly forecasts, billings along with the managing procurement and payment of contractors
