Job summary

NCR Atleos in the UAE is seeking a Project Manager for Payment Solution implementations. You will lead project plans, coordinate resources, and serve as the single point of contact for customers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Essential qualifications include Emirati nationality, banking application experience, and 0-2 years of PM experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and adaptability to fast-paced environments are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within customer expectations of quality and functionality.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule and lead scoping, planning, costing, and pricing projects; develop statements of work and assess risk.
• Manage customer acceptance of the solution and resolve issues and action items.
• Coordinate the project environment including roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan and resource schedule.
• Measure, track, evaluate and communicate progress against the project schedule using reports.
• Author a weekly status report for end-user status meetings.
• Utilize MS Project, PSA, Excel and MS Word using NCR formats and templates.
• Ensure monthly forecasts, billings and procurement/payments to contractors.

Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

The NCR Project Manager is responsible for management of Payment Solution project implementations ensuring delivery and acceptance of high-quality solutions. The Project Manager will work with NCR and customer resources to perform project reviews, accomplish the tasks defined in the project plan, manage day-to-day project activities, and serve as NCR's single point of contact with the customer.

• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within customer expectations of quality and functionality
• Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule and play a lead role in scoping, planning, costing, and pricing projects; responsible for statement of work development and risk assessment
• Manage customer acceptance of the solution, ensuring customer expectations stay in line with the agreed statement of work; taking the lead in working through all issues and action items
• Coordinate the establishment of a project environment that includes preparing and maintaining a roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan and resource schedule for each project member.
• Measure, track, evaluate and communicate progress against the Project schedule using project reports including project financials and project reporting compliance.
• Author a weekly status report that is distributed and reviewed each week with the end user (Customer) in status meetings.
• Tool usage will include but is not limited to MS Project, PSA, Excel and MS Word and will be executed using standard NCR formats and templates
• Ensure execution and accuracy of monthly forecasts, billings along with the managing procurement and payment of contractors
