Job summary

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Billing Specialist to process bills and claims generated on credit and cash bases, meeting targets and quality standards.

You will monitor invoice accuracy, submit to insurers or private payers within deadlines, and keep the system updated with payments and reconciliations. Requires 1 year healthcare RCM billing experience and high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Billing and coding regulations applicable to healthcare billing.
• Billing procedures and timely submissions to insurers.
• Computer literacy with Mircosoft tools.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• To monitor and manage the quality and accuracy of invoices
• To ensure that bills are accurate and submitted to insurance companies or private companies within the stipulated time frame
• To ensure that system is updated with payments and dispatched bills and outstanding balances are identified
• To ensure that all bills are submitted for payment and final reconciliation statements ready within stipulated time frame
