Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. in Dubai is seeking a receptionist to support patient-facing operations in a healthcare setting. You will register patients in the HIS, guide inquiries, and maintain professional telephone and email etiquette.

The role requires organizational skills, 1 year of experience in a multi-line switchboard environment, and strong English communication. Arabic is a plus but not required; Dubai-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• College graduate in any discipline.
• 1 year of receptionist experience in patient-focused environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and basic internet usage.
• Excellent verbal and written English with professional communication.
• Ability to manage multi-line switchboard and handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in the HIS and ensure accuracy.
• Attend to patients and guide them with enquiries.
• Maintain telephone and email etiquette.
• Coordinate with supervisors on patient flow management.
• Ensure billing is performed accurately per guidelines.
• Help reduce waiting time and improve wait experience.
• Update remarks for referrals and coordinate with teams.
• Stay updated with new tie-ups and billing requirements.
• Assist with related data entry tasks in other departments.
• Assist with any task assigned by the HOD as needed.
