Job summary

Careers at UAE is looking for a Patient Experience Executive to oversee patient relations programs, manage complaints, and provide support to patients. This role requires fluency in Arabic and at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field recognized by the Director, MSSD.
• Minimum of five years experience in Patient Relations or Social Work.
• Fluency in writing and speaking Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients and the hospital.
• Manage the patient complaint process effectively.
• Provide interpreting/transliterating services as needed.
