Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Centre Operations Supervisor in Dubai to manage daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. You will supervise customer service executives, processing staff and supervisors to keep operations running on schedule.

The role focuses on government services such as MOHRE, Immigration, ICP, Emirates ID, Amer and Tasheel, handling transactions, reporting, and addressing service issues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in government services centre operations.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, Immigration, ICP, Emirates ID, Amer, Tasheel, and other UAE government services.
• Previous experience in government services centres, Tasheel, Amer, PRO services, or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in supervising teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and online government platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good reporting and MS Office skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate with customer service executives, processing staff, and supervisors.
• Monitor daily transactions and ensure applications are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Ensure smooth handling of MOHRE, Immigration, ICP, Emirates ID, Amer, Tasheel, and other UAE government-related services.
• Follow up on pending transactions and ensure timely completion.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with the relevant internal teams and government authorities when required.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and service quality. Ensure the team follows company procedures and government service requirements.
• Monitor customer feedback and address service-related concerns professionally.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to management.
• Support the centre in achieving its operational, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Maintain a professional working environment and ensure the centre is ready for daily operations.
• Coordinate with management regarding staffing, operational requirements, and other centre-related matters.
