Qualifications

• Good Computer Literacy, including use of call center software, electronic scheduling systems, and basic office applications.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai and maintain punctuality and reliability in shift-based schedules.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic medical or clinic terminology is beneficial; prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or health/beauty setting is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
