Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Pastry Chef for the Delilah Supper Club to lead a high-end culinary team within a luxury resort. The role requires extensive pastry leadership in a 5-star kitchen, with responsibilities spanning menu development, cost control, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delilah Supper Club cuisine, solid leadership abilities, and a keen eye for quality and presentation.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years in a 5-star kitchen environment
• Experience with Delilah Supper Club cuisine is preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to oversee inventory, staff schedules, and daily kitchen operations
• Health, safety, and HACCP compliance knowledge required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Delilah Supper Club kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and culinary standards.
• Monitor resource use and optimize equipment, ingredients, and inventory.
• Develop weekly menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure dishes meet recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Lead and coach kitchen staff to maintain performance and teamwork.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety in line with HACCP regulations.
• Address guest requests and feedback to enhance dining experience.
• Uphold health and safety practices and assist executive leadership as needed.
