Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or professional diploma in pastry production.
• Strong pastry background with luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Good practical, operational and administrative skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and recipe maintenance systems preferred.
