Job summary

The Luxury Collection seeks a Kitchen Supervisor at our Dubai property to lead kitchen staff, ensure quality and presentation, and support the culinary team. You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching while maintaining safety standards.

You will coordinate with the F&B team to uphold high guest satisfaction, monitor stock, and ensure adherence to brand procedures in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ability to ensure food quality, portions, and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Strong communication with service staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, portions, and garnish.
• Inform service staff of specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and inventory.
• Address guests’ service needs and maintain professional communication.
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
