Marriott International's The Luxury Collection is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality presentation, portions, and garnishes. The position requires 4–6 years of related work experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with a Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out of stock items; assist with prep and service.
• Ensure food quality, portions, garnishes, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen logs and food safety practices.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, and motivate staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as needed by Supervisors.
