Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a professional to supervise assigned kitchen stations in our Abu Dhabi property. You will ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain presentation standards, and uphold Accor policies and HACCP guidelines.

Diplomas in Culinary Arts and Hotel Management are required, with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English. The role offers opportunities for growth within our global hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned kitchen station to ensure high-quality mise en place.
• Follow instruction and work closely with the Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chef.
• Prepare mise en place in coordination with the Chef de Partie or senior chef.
• Report to the kitchen at scheduled times and maintain HACCP and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean work areas, follow 'First in, First out' and waste-minimization practices.
• Assist in cross training and support other stations as directed by management.
