Ideal candidates have a pastry-focused apprenticeship or diploma; minimum 2 years as Commis Chef or 1 year as apprentice. Strong hygiene, administrative skills, and computer familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or professional diploma in pastry/Food Production.
• Minimum 2 years as Commis Chef or 1 year as apprentice in a larger operation.
• Good practical, operational and administrative skills with a flair for creativity.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and basic computer skills.
