Job summary

Dubai Municipality is seeking an experienced PPP specialist to provide technical support and lead partnership initiatives across the project lifecycle. You will develop methodologies, build strategic government and private sector collaborations, and define partner criteria aligned with the department's strategy.

The role emphasizes building sustainable relationships, maintaining partner databases, and ensuring compliance with international best practices in PPP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• Majors include Engineering (All Disciplines), Administrative Sciences, Financial and Banking Sciences.
• 6+ years of experience in PPP or related projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support and consultation to all entities concerned with Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and formulate a partnership methodology, and review and update it in alignment with the department's objectives and strategy.
• Develop plans that contribute to building strategic partnerships with government entities supporting community activities and private sector organizations.
• Define partner selection criteria in coordination with the relevant organizational units, as well as the standards and procedures for implementing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in accordance with international best practices.
• Build a database of partners and identify target partners for establishing sustainable institutional relationships and partnerships, as well as a database of the department's approved consultants responsible for the continuous evaluation of partnership project structures from technical, financial, and legal perspectives.
