Qualifications

- Majors include Engineering (All Disciplines), Administrative Sciences, Financial and Banking Sciences.
- 6+ years of experience in PPP or related projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical support and consultation to PPP projects through all phases of the lifecycle.
- Prepare and formulate a partnership methodology aligned with department objectives and strategy.
- Develop plans for strategic partnerships with government entities and private sector organizations.
- Define partner selection criteria and standards for PPP implementations per international best practices.
- Build a partner database and identify target partners for sustainable institutional relationships and consultants for ongoing evaluation.
