Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, seeks an Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales to manage partner relationships with used car dealers, upsell services, and grow mutual revenue. You will drive service adoption and revenue through strategic engagement and tailored bundles.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales or account management, automotive familiarity, CRM experience, and bilingual English/Arabic communication. On-site, with competitive compensation and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in automotive, fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Past experience using CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Handle Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
• Identify opportunities and pitch our financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to existing partners.
• Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles that enhance their operations.
• Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to optimize outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and train them on how to effectively use our platform and services.
• Work with sales, operations, product, and customer support to deliver a smooth partner experience.
